Background Check:

Users with Premium Profiles have passed a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process, which verifies that 1) their face matches the valid ID presented, and 2) that they have a currently active NBI or PNP Clearance.  Face and ID matching is completed using an electronic KYC process, while verification of NBI or PNP Clearance is completed using the online facilities provided by the National Bureau of Investigation and Philippine National Police, respectively.

Priority Support

Homeowners who subscribe to Premium plans gain access to our Priority Support Team, who will assist you with using the kazam™ platform to find kasambahays who best fit your needs. 

Chat Credit returned for No-Shows

Homeowners who hire Premium Profile kasambahays using the kazam™ platform are entitled to return of the used chat credit in the event that the hired Premium Profile kasambahay does not join their employ (i.e., “no-show”). 

We reserve the right to conduct further verification to support claims.
